Strongmen is a non-profit organisation with the aim of tackling emotional and mental health issues brought about by the suffering of bereavement. Started by a small team of brave individuals willing to talk about their losses, this organisation offers men the chance to talk and relax in an environment with other men suffering similar experiences and circumstances. Led by Dan Cross and Efrem Brynin, both recruits from Channel 4's SAS Who Dares Wins and Ollie Ollerton, a former UKSF member and directing staff on the show.
MIND provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. They won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
"Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. But hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling. We believe no-one should have to face a mental health problem alone. We’ll listen, give you support and advice, and fight your corner."
